KING’S CRUSADE is far better than we saw last time and he is expected to bounce back to contention now back from a spell and racing for Dennis Bosch. ROY’S SLEW PER JET was a pleasing 4th on debut at Scottsville and should sharpen plenty on 2nd start.

PRECIOUS LOVE has given a decent account of himself in each start to date and is aided greatly by having drawn barrier 3 today, he is a fair chance to shed the maiden tag. RAIN MUST FALL is better judged on his debut than his latest appearance. He is expected to shape up much better now sporting blinkers and trying the AW for the first time.

HELLO AGAIN has placed 3rd in both starts over track and trip and it is apparent he does his best work here. He’s well within rights to enforce claims on this one. MONTANA SKY has been running well in defeat from terrible draws and now out of barrier 4 can find himself in the equation.

RED ROCK CANYON was a strong 3rd on yard debut for Dennis Drier and a return to 7f can see him strike. STAR OVER CAPETOWN has been progressive in all 3 AW runs since joining Mark Dixson and can make the frame.

TALIA AL GHUL has the best draw of the lot and was last seen holding her own in a much higher grade. Conditions are ripe for her to strike and she’s well-liked to get her head in front again. CERSEI returns under penalty having won here over 6f last time and this track and trip winner demands respect.

SILVER FOX DOG opened the account on 3rd start and is back to try and land a double now dropped to 7f is very interesting. ULTERIOR MOTIVE is an inconsistent operator with the talent to score if in the mood. He’s well-drawn with barrier 2 and can enforce a claim if challenged.

SPIFFY is of interest going up in trip following some mediocre runs over 7f, this course winning mare is unexposed over 9f and is worth a market check. ALABAMA SLIDE has a plum draw and was last seen victorious over track and trip in June. She’s got solid claims if she doesn’t prove rusty.

FERRARI ICE opened the account over 7f here and is now upped to the mile, he was bred for longer trips and is expected to land a double. AVENIR scored by a short head on debut and is now upped a furlong on AW bow and has plenty of progression to come.
